These Terms of Service (ToS) are relevant to art commissions, and any other commercial / non-commercial projects. It is subject to revisions, additions and sub-tractions without notice. Please be sure that you, the client, are up to date with this ToS.I, the artist, have the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.By transferring payment it is understood that you have read and agree to this ToS. Violation of these terms may result in being blacklisted and refused future service.

>>Deadlines and
  Updates

Commissions are worked on in the order received. Turn-around time is within 2 to 4 weeks once started. Time frame may vary for larger commissions. Updates will be provided to you when available or as any issues or delays arise.Specific deadlines must be included when ordering. Deadlines brought up after payment cannot be guaranteed. Same day or overnight requests on a workday will be improbable.Commission Queue can be checked on the Quest Board.

>>Process and
  Revisions

You must provide references for character(s), pose, concept, color scheme, etc as needed. Lack of references will have an additional design fee. Works in progress (WIP) will be provided to you*:Sketch Can freely choose and change most details, including layout and pose, hair, clothing, etc. Changing the character can be discussed but may be rejected.Lineart You will be able to change minor details in the character’s appearance and background, such as markings or elements that were missed.Color Able to change colors or tones to better represent the character or concept.Final Revisions You will only be able to make very minor modifications, such as slight color or lighting changes that were not previously seen on any WIP.Approval of a stage/WIP will be considered implicit agreement that the work is proceeding as intended. I must be notified of any required changes in the stage they appear in for revisions. Exceptions will apply if the changes are required due to mistakes, serious diversions or omissions from the agreed-upon character reference occurring by my own fault.*_{WIPs and stages may vary depending on commission type.}

No refund of fully completed workOnce the commission is canceled you are NOT permitted to use any progress images, edit or complete the image either by yourself or by third party. I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any given time for any reason, including rude or inappropriate behavior, harassment, or failure to communicate for an extended period of time.

  Property Rights

Any characters depicted will remain under full ownership of their owners, but the copyright of the image itself belongs to the artist. I am the copyright owner and retain all rights to the commissioned artwork, including progress work and sketches. I may use the final artwork and related progress work in my portfolio, social media, websites, and other publications. You may request an NDA.

>>Use

You are licensed to exclusively use the commissioned artwork only for the use agreed upon. Personal use is for non-profit purposes such as use on your own social media, streaming channel, discord server, and personal websites. Commercial use is any reproduction or purpose that is marketed, promoted, or sold and incorporates a financial transaction. Examples include, but are not limited to, merchandise, books, games. Rights for commercial use must be requested.• Do not claim/take credit for the artwork as your own creation.
• Do not alter, edit, copy or trace the artwork without consent.
• Do not use the artwork for the selling of NFTs.
• Do not use the artwork for the use of AI training/databases.
